If I could give it zero stars I would. 10 out of 10 would not recommend! My three year-old was bored the entire time. Waste of money waste of time. She had more fun at the restaurant afterwards.

The dinosaurs look like they need to go back into extinction. Certainly not what was advertised in their images. TV sets at FULL VOLUME stationed at each dinosaur, along with the dinosaur audio made for an extremely loud experience. The quest pack gift package included two toys that had sound features, but unfortunately the batteries were dead.

Literally felt like I was scammed. I brought my 1.5 and 3 year old and can honestly say I would not recommend this to ANYONE. Save your money.

Their website advertises that the event will not be overcrowded, but will be low stress. The tickets you purchase are for a specific window, presumably so they can manage this. We showed up to the event in Vancouver, WA and we're met with a line of cars that was at least a mile long. Just to get into the parking lot of a county fairgrounds, which has a lot of parking. No signs saying the line was for their event, and no one would answer the phone. Left after waiting 45 minutes in line. Does no one know how to organize such things anymore?

Overpriced for what the actual event is. Children's tickets were 44 dollars a piece, the "premium add ons" as they call it are 25 dollars for face painting, a 20 dollar photoshopped family photo that doesn't arrive, and a shop that costs anywhere from 25 dollars to 40 dollars for cheap toys. Add to that, if you leave a negative review on Facebook, they delete it or hide it. Lines are long and the food was grossly overpriced. My grandkids wanted to go to the mall to ride the merry-go-round and instead I took them to this. Almost three hundred dollars spent on bounce houses and cheaply made, some broken down dino rides. Should have gone to the mall. Would have cost six dollars and the kids would have been just as happy.

We saved and saved so that our family of four could go to this event. We were very saddened that y’all oversold the event and it was hours of waiting. The lines were extremely long something like you would experience during the summer months at Walt Disney. We were so disappointed.

Hello Medea, We apologize that your experience with us was not positive. We are constantly expanding our event to add new activities to help with the lines. We sell a limited number of tickets; however, lines do get long during peak hours. We love what we do and we work very hard to bring our event to people all over North America. We are always working on making our event better so we greatly appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. We are very sorry again that you did not have a good experience at our event. We hope you will give us another chance in the future. Please reach out to our Customer Service Department at [email protected] if there are any further questions or concerns we may assist you with. All the Best, Jurassic Quest

Took my grandson on June 30th in Yorktown ny. This was the worst experience I've ever encountered. Very disorganized. Over priced. Not worth it.

Animatronics broken; half of the attractions didn’t work. Lines were stupid long. 45m to sit on a broken dinosaur for 15 seconds. The employees were careless: didn’t check for wrist bands or tickets. Closed down lines while people were standing there waiting. A couple of them were rude. All of them payed minimal care towards what they were doing. Everything was overpriced. Even though we bought unlimited; there were addons $20 for face paint, $25 for a dollar tree quality balloon. My 5 year old son who loves Dino’s, was bored after 15m. My 9 year old daughter cried because she didn’t wanna tell us how bad it was. Waste of my time and money. Very irritated with Jurassic Quest‘s low effort money grab scheme.
