Thanks for updating your Post and Rating! Glad this was resolved. We don't like to see such a low rating! Thank you for your post and we are sorry you had some difficulties. Upon review it seems the reason you did not receive your policy documents was that your policy was not activated immediately due to declination of your credit card payment. In order to initiate coverage (and provide documents) the initial policy payment must be received prior to policy issuance.
