Outdoor shower system FELL apart
Outdoor shower system FELL apart upon second use. Company refuses refund or to acknowledge any defect in their product. I had to call their sister company’s customer service to even get someone on the phone. I then had to continue to follow up via email. Company tried to tell me the shower “had been used multiple times”, (it has not) and therefore it wasn’t responsible for the system coming apart. Avoid this brand, any related brands and this company. Any savings is short-lived and absolutely not worth it.
