Ordered a $52 Tom Petty shirt and it faded by a good 70-80% after the first wash. When we reached out to the company about a possible replacement or refund, they offered an insulting 30% discount on our next purchase material of the shirt is the perfect retro/comfy band shirt feel, just bummed by the fade/bad customer service

My order wasn't mailed for 5 days. I reached out to ask what was happening, then my order was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances". I gave it two stars because my refund was issued right away. Maybe they're not tracking their stocks properly? Anyway, very discouraging experience and I really wanted the shirt I ordered so I'm pretty disappointed.
