Been with June homes for over 3 years and have always loved staying with them. Their prices are market value and their 24/7 assistance is very helpful. They took care of everything for me when I moved from the west side back to the East. The apartments are clean and the roommates are friendly. Strongly reccomended.

I had a very good experience during my stay in Brooklyn with June. The customer service was attentive and the system implemented to get the key was good. During the 2 months that I stay in the apartment, there was cleaning service, which was very helpful, aside from all the expected utilities. Utilities are pay aside with another app but everything is explained in the contract. When I left, I had no surprises with the deposit and all interaction was contacless and smooth, either managed over the app or the phone. Overall, I have a good feeling with June and its staff, I will repeat.

Great agency to use for rental units in NYC. Responds in a timely manner, takes away any inconvenience to make stay more enjoyable.

It charges expensive prices and offers a very bad service in regard to maintenance, utensils and cleaning. The company makes arbitrary charges on fines and maintenance which are hard to track, and different people sharing the same unit pay different amounts. I also have to add that June Homes has attempted to charge me a "damage" fee of $35.50 twice after I left the unit two months ago. Now, it's trying to charge "internet bills" after three months and half. I also noticed an alleged "policy violation" fine of $81.82 in previous rent payments, totaling $245.46. This is one of the worst companies I have ever made a deal with. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a very good experience staying here. I utilized the fully furnished bundle that came with everything needed for comfortable living. Moving in and out was extremely easy and convenient. The amenities were great and the common rooms provided plenty of room for friends and family.

Honestly very good experience with June Homes. Prices were transparent on their website, customer service very responsive to any issue (minimal) I had with the apartment, and enabled me to move to a new city on short notice! Would recommend to anyone looking to move to a place on very short notice.
