Awaken Your Life is a program that was so special, part of me wants to keep it a big secret and the rest of me wants to sign the whole world up to do it. Like many women, it took me a while to get to a place where I was comfortable reaching out, especially to a “program”, one that required ME to look deep and work hard. But that’s exactly what I needed, and that’s exactly the right time to do it. As a trained clinical psychologist working in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, I was experiencing burnout, overwhelm and self inquiry all the time, but was so busy taking care of everyone in my life, that I made excuses not to ask myself the most important questions. The most remarkable things about this program is the unique collective of women coming together, the coaches who are provide unconditional support wherever you are, the accountability, the deliberate order of the modules, the timing and the flow of the entire process. This is definitely a commitment, but a once in a lifetime journey that you won’t be sorry you took. I hope to revisit so many aspects of the lessons and tools for myself and my family, as well as with my colleagues in ways that they might not even understand. Whether you want to move on in your career, life or relationships, or just want to find your own self and purpose, there is so much to gain and nothing to possibly lose!

I found the program to be excellent. It will bring balance in your life. The program will bring awareness to mind, body and soul. It address every aspect and brings awareness to your current practices and helps you understand what you may be doing wrong and make suggestion on how to adjust so that your life can be complete. This program gave me a better understanding of myself and gave me the tools to make changes in both my work life and family life to give me time to enjoy the things that really matter. You'll get out what you invest.

If you are ever looking for a mentor, a guide to find answers or tools to figuring out day to day challenges as a woman with creative ability, as a woman who wants to be a leader in today's world or someone who just needs to be closer to her relationships, this is the program for you. I started in a place where I constantly looked for assurance and acceptance outside. I was truly not in a happy place and even doubted if this program trustworthy. In fact, what I found for myself is that this program has given me a path to follow that helps me build trust in myself everyday. This learning is a journey and not a quick fix. It sure pushes us in knowing ourselves better through every step we take in the program. I am grateful to have boarded this journey and would recommend anyone in need of help to be part of this program. In here, we are not only working on ourselves continuously, we are also learning a way to set examples to people around us, even our future generations.

This program will change the way you live your life if you let it. I joined the program looking for support in mapping out next steps related to potential career changes. As I worked through the modules, and participated in group and individual coaching sessions, I realized I was actually learning how to rewire my thoughts and explore my feelings to be able to map out a life that is truer to who I am than what I was envisioning prior to joining. As I continue to build on plans to create the life that I want, I can now better identify the pitfalls that were holding me back and maintain the boundaries needed to keep me on track. While I have always prided myself in taking care of my health, I realized I was mucho more focused on the physical aspect of that and had a great opportunity to improve on the mental/emotional one. The tools I have acquired have also been excellent additions to my parenting skill set as they have driven fundamental changes to how I guide my children and lead by example with them. In a practical sense, the program's customer service is excellent as is the platform/module set up (very easy to follow and access). Looking back, I knew very little about the program's content when I joined (thus the four stars). This may be by choice to ensure participants are open to what comes next (and truly have to trust the process). Enjoy!

Signing up for Julie's program was the best decision I've made in a very long time! I was very hesitant and very skeptical, but am so glad I took a chance! I was afraid it was just a way to get my money. It absolutely was NOT. Julie and her coaches TRULY CARE. And they know their stuff!!! Julie TRULY wants to help people and she knows how to do it! The content is so on point. I was at my lowest of lows and the program helped me more than I thought was possible! It is expensive for sure, but it is so worth it! Julie and her team know how to help and will absolutely provide the support you need. If you are on the fence, just do it! Do it for yourself! Invest in yourself!! I am so glad that I did!

I stumbled upon this program via an ad when I was in a place where I was stuck and exhausted in my career and life. It seemed a bit expensive and I was quite skeptical that I'd get my money's worth. It was very much worth it! The coursework, group and mentor calls, tools and new modules are being added that I will draw from forever. The personal work you will have to do to get the most out of this course is hard and may not make sense in the moment. My advice is just do it and trust the process - it works. I now have more clarity, balance, energy, tools, and support to create exponential positive impact at work, with my family, friends and community.

Awaken Your Life was truly a life changing experience for me. I entered the program hoping I might work through some burnout and gain some clarity and perspective, but it turns out it was so much more! I was really at the end of my rope emotionally and was paralyzed, overcome with depression, I felt hopeless. I wasn't sure how it was all going to unfold, but as encouraged throughout the program, I stayed the course and did the work. I loved the content and core ideas of the program. Julie and her team showed me acceptance, grace, and love throughout the process, lifting me up through difficult times, helping me to really experience a true transformation. It is hard to verbalize exactly how powerful and meaningful this chapter in my life is. I am on the other side and full of hope. I am discovering all of the beautiful things life has in store for me step by step moment by moment.

I just completed the Awaken Your Life program and I'm so grateful to Julie & team for guiding me through this 12-week journey. I went into it feeling very stressed, anxious and deeply unfulfilled. I have gained deep insights, have gotten back in touch with my true self and continue shifting my focus to my key priorities. The desire to live my life to the fullest has been reignited and I have the tools to make my dreams a reality. I'm at peace with myself and feel more at ease, regardless of what is happening around me - something that my husband and other close people have also noticed! Highly recommended - you'll be grateful you invested in yourself.
