JuJuBit: AI Custom 3D Figurine ShopReviews of jujubit.ai

I ordered my two figures on October 3rd and havent received any sort of update or word from Jujubit, I have sent an email requesting updates as of 3 days ago but have not received any contact from them since. It is October 15th as of me writing this. I ordered 2 figures, one 6 cm, one 10 cm. Its very expensive and I was careful to triple check the legitimacy of this service before ordering only to see MOST complaints were about Size and not the quality itself (it says Centimetres on the website guys, thats absolutely tiny and I dont know what you were expecting.) but it seems I ordered just as this issue with no contact / delays began to flare up. I want to like this service because scant few that I've tracked down will print, paint and ship to my area and the generated sculpts do look pretty good. I cannot recommend this service until I actually receive the entirety of my order or at the very least hear back from them. If I do not receive either by the end of this month I will be contesting the charges. This is not acceptable. I dont know why there has been this seeming sudden shift from the owners of this service, my theory is some key personnel was let go or some key piece of equipment broke down, in both events we should at the very least be informed of such delays, but the absolute 0 contact is concerning.

They use the most brittle and breakable material they could possibly find to get more sales. Then it is computer only so many pics do not look like person at all. This is a substandard service by anyone's standards. They get 2 stars for actually making and delivering a product that was enjoyable for one entire minute before breaking.

I am assuming that due to the size of the mini, the print did not come out as it should have. A couple of parts were shaped incorrectly, and anything with spikes did not come out right. Some of the smaller parts were fused together. A shield that was attached to the mini came out warped. The color detail of the model was not added as well. I ordered a small mini to use for DnD, and the size fits well on tile grids.

I had originally ordered two figurines, while the quality was fine, I only ever received one of the two I ordered. I emailed support and they said they would send out the second figurine I ordered, to this day I have still not received my second one. My money was never refunded and what I ordered was never delivered, not a reputable company buyer beware

Honestly, $50 for a custom figure that's the size of a table top isn't worth it. Including the details. I couldve went to someone on Etsy who would've printed mine bigger at the same price, But everyones different I guess
