I made an order in September 18, 2026 of a custom figurine. I have tried to track the order but its site says that it was a confirmed order but shows no processing or shipping date. I reached out by email to JUJUBIT support a week ago and have received no communication. Can someone find my order?

I already posted about months waiting for my order and poor response times.. Finally got a package from them and it was only half my order. I would use hero forge instead. Faster turn around times, cheaper pricing, better results and you actually get what you pay for

Where is the transparency with this company I sent an email requesting updates when they would be available as I just recently placed an order and after reading these reviews I'm a little scared to be honest I spent over 158 dollars as Id like to see some pictures when the process starts I couldn't even get an okay To be fair it has only been a few days but these reviews have me a little nervous admitably. I also ordered express shipping so I'd like a response please On the status of the order thank you If I do not hear back soon I am filing a claim at my bank for fraudulant services and disputing the charge to get my money back which would be super unfortunate because I actually want this I ordered express shipping no emails no nothing And they seem to only respond to positive feed back im not happy Im very angry i was looking foreward to this and a week and still NOTHING Which is a damn shame because the figure looked nice I guess I can just keep the picture it made and take that elsewhere to get the figure made If I don't hear back from them so theres that . I also have message recipts proving my emails have gone unanswered . Even something to tell me I have to wait a bit for it I REALLY want this figure

I haven’t received an update on my order since September 14. It’s October 7. The website says the order will go into production within 7 days and will be shipped out 5-12 days after that. I’m reasonably certain I’ve been scammed. If this is legit, I want my figure, but if I don’t get a response from them in a week, I’m demanding a refund.

Same story as many other people. Placed an order a month ago, it is still in the first phase and they havent started making it yet let alone shipped it. When you contact them they do not reply back, terrible service.

I ordered my 3d printed figure 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even been shipped out yet. It cost over $70 and I have no clue when I will receive it. There is also no customer service on their site. Absolutely terrible company.

The item was ridiculously small. A big disappointment. I don't recommend this at all.
