I've been using juicyads for years and its the most trustworthy ad network I've seen, as in their ads dont contain spam,they pay you and answer your emails. I had some trouble with "3rd party ads" eating at my pagespeed score (streams in banners) but you can disable those in the ad settings if you dont want them. I love the whole marketplace thing they got going on for banners.

Been using their site for a week ,tried their banner ads and got 85,000 impressions ,unfortunately they told me i earned nothing as i did not get many clicks,but their website says they pay cpm and cpc .i have earned a total of 33cents for pop-unders in one week.
