Rip off. Do not order from them for any reason

I ordered a watch from this company. It arrived looking good and working well and I was pleased. After about 7 months the watch stopped working and I contacted customer services. Unfortunately this is where everything went downhill badly. There seems to be only 2 people in the company. Li is the person on the end of the email and Lana prepares/sends the watches. They informed my that as the warranty was only 6 months there was nothing to be done and suggested that I take it somewhere locally for repair which proved impossible as it was a replica. In the end I sent it back to china for repair and they held on to it for 10 weeks, the whole time unwilling to give me any idea of how long it would take or what stage the repair was in. Only when I threatened to escalate my complaint publicly did they send me watch back. I received it last week and it still doesn’t work. This time there is something rattling around inside it. There appears to be no avenue of recourse, their customer service is non existent and I have given up hope Of any satisfactory outcome. I just hope that this review will deter anyone else from buying from Li at Jtime.watch. Do not buy anything from this company. Looking at all the other reviews here in trust pilot, I have had a better experience than anyone else. That really tells you something.

SCAM, I bought a Blaken via Geektime received then a whatsapp by Jtime! They pushed me to pay the watch and to an account to Hugo Larrazabal Plaza in France 558 USD after that - no response, no watch no answer neither from Geektime nor from JTIME. Money is gone and got scammed. Take it as lesson - NEVER EVER PAY WITH BANK or WESTERN UNION only PayPal or maybe a Credit Card but even here it´s a risk that you loose the money. Not worth this trouble but I hope this helps others to prevent to get robbed by scammers!

Complete SCAM. Order placed. Funds transferred. Confirmation funds were received by JTime customer support. Told would take 24-48 hours to process. No responses on WhatsApp or emails asking for updates for three weeks. Completely ghosted as JTime.watch has never responded, even when reaching out with multiple email addresses asking for an update on the Order Number. Extremely upsetting as there is no way to recover funds. Being sent a cheap watch, would have been better than being completely scammed.
