My massage therapist was Javier, and he was amazing! He did a deep tissue massage for me which I desperately needed since I do weight training almost every day. He even gave me some suggestions on what I should do to reduce muscle tension. Honestly the first time I go to a massage facility and I get an actual deep tissue massage done the right way.
