Hi Dorothy, We’re sorry to hear that this was your impression and experience. The entertainment industry is highly competitive, and our goal has always been to prepare aspiring actors and models with honest guidance, professional expectations, opportunities, and industry exposure. We work hard to help our clients put their best foot forward, as agents, managers, and industry professionals expect professionalism, preparedness, and commitment. While our communication may sometimes be direct in preparing clients for the realities of this business, it is always intended to encourage growth and help position them for success, never to make anyone feel disrespected. To clarify, JRP Virtual is not a talent agency, and there is never any obligation to move forward with any services. For those invited to continue, the decision to invest further in their career development is always entirely personal. We understand our approach may not be the right fit for everyone, but we remain proud of the confidence, skills, representation, and opportunities many of our clients have gone on to achieve. We sincerely wish you the very best.

Hi Johannes, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you found the beginning of the Zoom meeting welcoming and informative. During your session, the host experienced an unexpected technical issue that required a quick restart. Because this was a live virtual event, a short portion of the presentation was repeated to ensure all attendees received the same important information and did not miss any key details. While technology occasionally presents challenges in a live environment, our goal is always to provide every participant with a complete and professional experience. We wish you the very best moving forward. – JRP Virtual

Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience and for participating in our audition process. Advancing to finals is an achievement, especially for someone new to the industry, and we recognize the effort that takes. To clarify, Dana oversees auditions and final evaluations and is frequently in sessions throughout the day. For that reason, Bailey serves as her assistant and is the appropriate point of contact for scheduling, payments, and next steps. This is communicated to all finalists so expectations remain clear and the process runs smoothly. Final acceptance into our programs is dependent not only on performance, but also on availability within each age division and program capacity. In some cases, divisions do fill quickly, which can affect placement even after finals. While we understand how disappointing that can be, it is not a reflection of anyone being overlooked or “cheated” out of an opportunity. Our studio is open seven days a week from 9:00am–4:00pm, and we encourage families to reach out promptly if they have questions so we can address them in real time. If you would like to discuss your situation further or have it personally reviewed, you are welcome to contact me directly at [email protected]. — Brigitte JRP Virtual
