I have had several opportunities to be in contact with Joylux. Usually about orders. They were very quick to fix whatever problem might have been happening! I’ve spoken with them by phone and emailed. I have been using a Joylux device for over five years. It has truly been amazing how it has healed me, and restored elasticity and tone to my vaginal area. My surgeon is the person that told me about Joylux. She had been using one for a while as well. I believe every woman should have one.

The cleanser and revitalizer are made of natural ingredients, reasonably priced, and perfect for daily use. Joylux has excellent customer service too!

Still haven’t received the product. Ordered 8/28 and today is 9/13. Called and was told it takes 3-5 business days to ship. The tracking information showed arrival on September 11; still nothing. There is enough profit margin to send for free (no such thing) other than snail-mail…Washington to Colorado…come on! I have become skeptical now. I am thankful I read the reviews and canceled the $99 upgrade. That separate transaction was taken care of with a return call within a week in which I am grateful for.

Finally! A product designed for menopausal women that actually WORKS!
