Ive overdered jerseys from here before, and they all came within 3 weeks, not too bad, but that was two years ago, recently i bought a Milan 2007 jersey and i recieved dog spray... and joyfball has yet to respond to my email, which concerns me, and if joyfball reads this, my order number is 9200190381641101504847. It says delivered but what i recieved wasnt a jersey, but a spray for dogs.

Unfortunately, I didn’t order the right jerseys. When I complained to there customer service it took them 36 hours on WhatsApp (it was read 2 hours after I sent it) And they waited just until it shipped to tell me they can’t cancel it. Naturally I was angry so I just decided to wait for the jerseys. It took them 3 weeks to bring horrible quality jerseys I could just get from Aliexpress or Temu. I ended up getting my money back from zelle (thank god.) They also took extra to add customisation but one of the jerseys weren’t customised and the sponsor looks horrible and damaged. I wouldn’t order from here again. I ordered other jerseys from Footlv and World Soccer Shop (something like that) as well as Unisport (I am not affiliated, associated or working for these companies, they are past sellers I ordered from with excellent quality and customer service.) These are more trustworthy and also based in the US so your items will come faster. They also have better quality than these that are coming from Hong Kong. Anyway you can order from here, but I recommend with extreme care or caution.

The jerseys are overall good quality when they arrive, but I've been trying to refund it and have contacted them through email a bunch and still no response. Thank you

Took ages to get shirt… as wasn’t given an order no. Finally received the shirt but with no name on the back.. which I had paid for. I would say beware this site if you want what you have ordered… which is a shame as the shirt was ok quality and you get what you pay for… although in my case I didn’t get the name I paid for.

Received a top which had wonky printing on the back and the seller did not offer to replace the faulty item. I had to pay to return it to China in order to be offered a refund.

Die bestellten Trikots waren sehr gut. Nach einem Monat wurde aber meine Kreditkarte gesperrt. Also nicht mehr kaufen.

Arrivate con tanto ritardo (2 mesi dopo la data prevista di consegna)) e con una maglietta in meno. Dopo segnalazione al servizio di supporto, mi hanno detto che quella maglia era terminata e che avrebbero fatto un accredito. A distanza di 8 mesi e più di 10 reclami sto ancora aspettando i soldi indietro… Non comprerò mai più.

Abwicklung und Versand funktionieren sehr gut. Die größen entsprechend aber nicht der Realität. Ich trage idR M-L. Ich habe L bestellt und es war deutlich zu eng. Habe noch mal eine Bestellung in 2XL ausgelöst und das Shirt passt immer noch nicht (zu eng). Habe eine Beschwerde geschrieben, dass ich jetzt 2 Shirts habe, die ich nicht anziehen kann. ANtwort: Kein Refund oder Zurücksenden möglich.
