If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered a kit 3 weeks ago. Had the confirmation email but nothing since - despite 5 chaser emails. Disgraceful company

I ordered jerseys never got a confirmation email never signed up and it says my account doesnt exist looking for some type of communication i emailed to no response

Ich habe am 16.06 zwei Trikots bestellt. Die Lieferzeit wurde mit mehreren Werktagen angegeben. Nunmehr sind über drei Wochen vergangen und am Status hat sich nichts getan. Der nicht vorhandene Kundenservice reagiert nicht auf meine Anfragen. Geld ist futsch.

Ware wurde nach 3 Wochen immer noch nicht versendet.

it’s been 16 days since i’ve ordered and haven’t heard anything, I tried emailing them and no answer, I feel like i’ve been scammed of the 3 jerseys I ordered for the world cup, i’m hoping someone sees this and gets this sorted out. First time ordering from here too.

Ordered and payed June 7th. Got an email with a tracking link which is not working. Got a message from Joyfball which said it’s delivered. To whom I wonder. Sent the tracking number to DHL which says it’s not a correct tracking number. (Joyfball wrote DHL next to the tracking number ) Anna ,Sweden
