Order never arrived to me. Bad communication.

Ich habe bei Joyfball zwei Trikots bestellt, die auch nach etwa 14 Tagen ankamen. Die Qualität der Trikots ist gut. Allerdings... ...wurde meine Kreditkarte nach Benutzung bei Joyfball und den Sub-Websites gehacked. Der Datenmissbrauch hat in Hongkong stattgefunden, wo Joyfball sitzt. Joyfball steht bei VISA auf der Blacklist. Man kann nur froh sein, dass VISA hier Hackversuche sofort unterbindet. Nie wieder. UPDATE 21.08.2024: Heute Morgen habe ich eine Mail in meinem SPAM-Postfach von einer "enjoyfball.com" E-Mail Adresse gehabt (mit zwei Tracking-Links). Ich habe aber meine Bestellung auf "joyfball.com" nie abgeschlossen, da vorher oder im Zuge der Bestellung meine Kreditkarte bereits auf Grund eines Hacks gesperrt wurde. Desweiteren habe ich am 07.08. eine Mail von Joyfballs.com erhalten, dass noch Ware in meinem Warenkorb wäre und ich die Bestellung doch abschließen solle, in dem ich eine andere Kreditkarte hinterlege. Dies habe ich selbstverständlich nicht getan, da mir der Kreditkarten-Hack eine Lektion war Die Links in der Spam-Mail vom 21.08. habe ich selbstverständlich nicht angeklickt. Sollte ich jetzt Ware bekommen, die ich nicht bestellt habe (und deren Bestellung auch nie bestätigt wurde - keine Order Confirmation erhalten), gehe ich zur Polizei und werde Anzeige erstatten. Das empfände ich dann als Nötigung um eine Zahlung zu erzwingen.

Die Verbraucherzentrale warnt vor diesem Shop. Bei Google einfach "joyfballs verbraucherzentrale" eingeben. Ist direkt der erste Treffer.

I placed an order about 2 months ago. The package is lost, you can't track it. Customer service is not helpful at all. I've asked for my refund numerous times and they refuse to process it. Do not order from here

Didn’t receive my order at all. Paid 40+ pounds. Sent it to some random place. I’m expecting a refund soon.

Absolute shower of excrement . Apparently sent my item to the wrong address and then expected me to deal with Royal Mail to sort it. Treated me like it was my fault. Never got any apologies or money back. Do not waste your time and effort.

Purchased 3 shirts and spent 60 bucks, the customer service told me it was unsuccessful, even though they clearly took my money. The man then proceeded to tell me to ‘not waste his time’ as he continued to air my messages. THIS IS A SCAM.
