Non mi fa pagare l'ordine

Ordered from them twice before and had no issues. I ordered from them again end of June/beginning of July. Ordered 4 jerseys and when they finally came, they were for the wrong teams with the wrong players. I asked for a refund and that I'd send the shirts back. I ended up sending back the shirts at my own expense ($30) only to be told they will not issue me a refund for either the shipping or the order itself. They keep offering for me to place the correct order to receive a 15% discount. Still trying to get my money back. Very disappointed after having two orders with no issues.

Ik heb vandaag 2 shirts gekocht. Geld is niet afgeschreven maar de creditcard is geblokkeerd en moet een nieuwe worden aangevraagd zodat ze niet heel de bank leeg halen.. NIET BESTELLEN!!!!!

They sent me the wrong shirt and they refused to refund me or send the jersey I ordered. Their customer service is awful they take 3 days to answer If they answer those people are scammer shirt quality is awful don't buy from their website

That is the invoice I bought last time. These 2 new invoices are for 09.7 and August. I did not buy anything why did your store take my money?

Do not trust these people tell you they are sending your shipment the following day. Does not happen then you are blocked from their site and Whatsapp to. So I have now made a claim to get my money back off the credit card company. Typical Chinese Scammers beware of this site people. I will stick to my original seller.

Hallo zusammen, mein Kollege und ich haben vor kurzem bei Jofyball zwei Deutschland-Trikots bestellt. Kurz darauf, als er ebenfalls dort bestellte, wurden unsere Kreditkarten und EC-Karten von zwei verschiedenen Banken wegen Betrugsverdachts/Missbrauchverdachts gesperrt. VISA Karte und Mastercard wurden gesperrt und warnen davor und PayPal bietet der Shop auch nicht mehr an! Achtet darauf, eure Zahlungsinformationen dort nicht anzugeben!
