Avoid this website if you're looking for authentic or even decent replica sports jerseys. The quality control is terrible, the products are clearly mishandled, and customer service is not helpful when issues arise. You'd be better off buying from reputable sellers, even if it costs a little more, because this experience was not worth the hassle or money.

The worst possible shop with incompetent staff! Not taking care of a customer. Providing incorrect and misleading advice relative to the delivery. I have ordered 2 t- shirts with free delivery. When following up on the delivery I was advised to contact post office. I was even provided a phone number to the post office. It apeared that both the phone number as well as the advice to contact post office was incorrect as the delivery in Poland does notnhappen through post office but through a special branch of DHL, which I have ewentually found by myselelf. Customer service of Joyfball kept directing me to the post office when i was challnging them saying the number the have provided is incorrect and the direction to contact post office seems to be incorrect as well. Finally, when i got tonthe special branch of DHL I was advise the parcel is being resent to Joyfball because the delivery address missed home number , my e-mail address and my phone number and DHL did not know how to find me. All this was happening when I was in constant contact with joyfball customer supprt to find out where my t-shirts are. DHL advised me that they can postpone returning back my parcel if joyfball conacts them. I asked joyfballto do it, but they have told me that the parcel needs to be returned to them and they will be sending it again. I waited another few weeks and was asked by joyfball to provide my contact details, which I have provised already during theborder and when I was trying to dind out where my parcel is. I provided my contact details third time and after a couple of days I was advised I need to pay 10 USD extra for the re-delivery otherqise I will not get the refund and my goods will be destroyed. 2.5 minths has g9ne and i have not seen the t-shirts I have ordered and paid and I am being asked to pay extra for the incompetency of joyfball staff who cannot copy cirrectly mailing address and contact details of the customer and on thebtop of that provides customer with misleading information. Forget about this company.....
