Pls don't trouble yourself with this seller. I purchased an item / football kit for my son some 18-19 days ago and they said it will be derived in 7-12 days time. After passing 14 days , I got in-touch with them and they only said "It has been dispatch". When contacted to cancel it as my little footballer cannot wait anymore. They replied " It cannot be canceled once dispatched". I waited for further 7-day and today again contacted them about the status of the delivery or the courier company that are taking care of my parcel. They simply lingered on. This is not the matter of £17 rather the sentiments of my child are badly hurt. He keeps on asking me on daily basis about this football kit and I am helpless. Finally I have decided to seek or find some relevant authorities in the UK to report this case to them as these kind of sellers create distrust for many reputable e-commerce / online platforms.

Die Ware wurde fehlerhaft geliefert und der Kundendienst hat sich 2 Monate geweigert irgendetwas zu unternehmen Am Ende mit der Begründung es wäre schon 2 Monate her. Also nie wieder

They stole £35 of my money after failing to deliver 2 of my items. After I said to them what happened they sent me a link which showed me that they had sent it to the wrong address. They apologised and said they won’t send the right item instead they said I can get 10% off next purchase. Absolute scam!!

I ordered a mbappe jersey size 16 youth for my son who’s 11. It took about 2 months to arrive,when it finally arrived it was for a TODDLER. I emailed them told them it was too small. They don’t understand English we went back and forth they telling me I received the order I telling them that I did but it’s too small so finally they understood and told me I could exchange for a bigger size or even return. I don’t have money to throw away it cost me almost $27. I definitely won’t order anything from them again and I’m disputing the charge.
