Because we ship so many package everyday, and we can't control the logistics when they are shipped, it is normal if one package was loss or damage because of so many pacakge everyday. Ordered on 9th December 2024 and still wait order WKV82492 for birthday at the beginning of January. Poor customer service: I tried with 2 e-mails to understand when the order should be in place and received 2 different logisitic providers to contact on a local level. One of them is not operate on a local level at all, the other one says that there is no information for the order. If the order is lost it has to be resend or the amount has to be returned. It's unacceptable to release shipments every day for years and to be unable to track the order and to give proper information to the customer.

Cant even flipping pay for the thing, just says invalid payment and then wait 24 hours to try again, joy go flip yourself
