I just ordered three jerseys from their website and I tried paying with my Mastercard and it said declined and I tried it again and it said the same thing but then I checked my bank application and it says that the money has been deducted. I dont know where my money went and I am trying to contact them but there is no response on WhatsApp and my order still says it's pending. I might've just lost 140 euros

Confusing
I will keep this rating until I get my package This is my first time ordering off joyfball. My friend has said it is a good site but I haven’t seen some flaws. First of all i put in my tracking number and it says “not found” the workers answer my emails but they never answer my question. Please Joyfball help!

Response from JoyfballJul 21, 2025
Bitte kontaktieren Sie unseren Online-Kundenservice.
