This has to be a scam for sure I ordered a lipstick a "hydrating glazed lip balm" in a very light pink colour. On 7th july (yes 7th OF JULY) I paid £16 for this but not allowed to add the link if you want the link search it in Facebook or go on shop and type joyeloo DO NOT PURCHASE THIS YOU WONT REVEIVE IT TRIED TO USE THEIR CHAT THING AND IT WAS TOTALLY USELES if I could attach the convo I would and you will see you just go round in circles They did refund me the £16 as it was taking SOOOOOO long to arrive Still receiving messages like "expected on such a date" TO DATE IVE NEVER RECEIVEF THIS ITEM!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. Ive been getting emails saying ifs expected on different dates all while not ever receiving this product!!!! Had to give a star as no option for none. Looks like im not the only person with the same issues if you read others. Take the advertisement down AS YOU CANNT SUPPLY THIS PRODUCT. P.s dont bother emailing them either as thats also useless Scammers!!!!

Car clip is not compatible with the grill vents in my car, even though it states specifically that it is compatible with Acura. i contacted the company and was offered only 1/2 back. A dispute has been started with AMEX. Clearly, this company does not stand behind their products or their guaranty. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Horrible shipping. Took a month to get my product (glaze bloom lip color) Paid 4.99 for shipping and should have been free.

Ordered from them. Took forever… Not only do they provide tracking info that makes no sense, but then it states product was delivered when in fact I never received it. An auto reply to my customer service inquiry and nothing more. Very frustrating and would not recommend purchasing from them. SCAM!!! They take your order, product doesn’t arrive. Stay away.
