Great product, fast delivery, and a team that makes things right!
Ordering from Joy Displays was easy and seamless from start to finish. Anthony Ramirez was helpful and responsive through the entire sales process, answering our questions quickly and keeping everything on track. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived well packed and ready to go. We did run into one hiccup. We missed a tight crop at the top and bottom of the display tower on the proof, and the printed skins didn't come out quite the way we hoped. Joy Displays quickly replaced the skins with the correct margins, with zero complaint or pushback. That kind of response is what sets a company apart, and it made us confident about ordering again. (A small tip for other buyers: look closely at the margins on your proof before approving.) The product itself is excellent. The aluminum structures are lightweight, sturdy, and simple to assemble, and the skins look clean and tidy and go on easily. The tower is impressive in person, and the lighting makes the graphics pop and pulls attention across the room. We are happy with the quality and the service, and we will be back for more displays. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for a trade show or event.
