I ordered a custom name necklace with my kiddos names and the word mama. The M on the mama is missing a diamond. I reached out to the company and they have responded immediately to my concern. They are going to send me a replacement since my necklace I ordered is missing a diamond. I look forward to getting the new necklace with all the diamonds. I’m thankful for the good custom service I have had so far.

The communication with the artist was very good and timely. They reached out to me about an item I wanted done to make sure that They gave me exactly what I wanted. I purchased four items from them and they all were gorgeous!!!! Very pretty There was an error with one necklace and the artist bent over backwards to make me happy and correct the error. The delivery took a very long time, so patience is a must. When my name necklace did arrive it was beautifully packaged in a small bag and box, and the necklace was exactly what I had envisioned! I love it!!
