The gold plated pieces (like the items I ordered) are sterling silver 925 pieces plated with 18K solid gold. By way of this chemical process, the gold-plated pieces have a spectacular shine and finish to them. As is true with any quality piece of jewelry, it's advised that you avoid exposing it to any chemicals---especially those found in cleaning products and certain lotions. However, JoyAmo grants a one-year warranty on all of their sterling silver and 18K gold plated pieces.

I have ordered an item in February and after 3 months, no item and no refund. I was told the item got lost in the post, was shipped from Belgium apparently, and if I want a refund I need to pay 30% for restock. Will come back if I get any money back or not from them. Re: update from June: All turned out well in the end. JoyAmo Jewelry offered me a full refund, and they've sent me the product initially ordered for free. Must say that this is a good customer service.
