Journey to LegacyAt Journey to Legacy, we believe your past is more than a collection of facts. Our life story writing and life review courses help you uncover the meaning in your memories and shape them into stories that resonate. Grounded in the principles of narrative psychology, Viktor Frankl’s meaning-making, and Joseph Campbell’s hero’s journey, our writing program provides the gentle guidance to help you write about your life in a way that captures why your stories matter and touches the hearts of your loved ones. In our life review course, you’ll be led through short, reflective journaling practices that help you discover lessons, patterns, and gain new perspectives that prepare you for your next chapter. Joanna Klein, with her easy to follow Journey to Legacy program, saved the day for me. I am terminally ill and desperately needed to finish my life stories before my time was up. All I had to show after years of writing was a box full of notes and no idea how to put them all together in a way I would be proud to share with my family and friends. Thank you so much Joanna!

The Journeytolegacy course on writing life stories has exceeded my highest expectations! Unearthing long forgotten memories, tying them together in a meaningful way, learning to express them with both authenticity and compassion for my younger self--It has been a process of discovery and reconciliation. Embracing my past has given me the gift of living more fully in the present, as well as the courage to greet whatever comes next. It has been not only transformative personally, it has also made me a better writer, a fun added bonus.

I’m thrilled that Journey to Legacy's life story writing course has helped you not only reconnect with long-forgotten memories, but also embrace them with compassion and courage. The way you describe living more fully in the present while greeting the future with confidence captures exactly what I hope each participant receives. I’m especially delighted that the process has been both transformative and creatively enriching for you as a writer! Your reflection is a true gift, and I’m grateful that you took the time to share it here. With appreciation, Joanna
