The customer service I received from Jot was OUTSTANDING! Coffee is great too :-) There was a duplication of the new customer package that was initiated via Facebook. Notified Jot the same day received and 2 hours later the duplicate account was removed and refund received all in a couple of hours and not DAYS! This is how you keep customers. Well Done!

I absolutely love Jot! Flavor and quality are amazing. My favorites are the toasted marshmallow and the white chocolate, but I've also enjoyed every seasonal flavor I've received. I quit buying coffee from coffee shops, gas stations, etc. Jot is just better, and it's more economical than those pricey chain shops. Originally, I tried Jot to make my own iced coffee, but over this winter and spring, I've discovered that Jot is just as amazing hot as it is cold. I also love that I'm now in complete control of what I add to my coffee, like cream, sweeteners, syrups, etc. Lastly, I've only had to contact customer service once, last summer I think it was. The response was so quick, and it was easy to see that they wanted to ensure I was satisfied with outcome and the product. You can easily see that Jot is invested in the quality of their product for their customers.
