Rude behavior of the manager
On my way to the fitting room with two trousers, the manager said 'you're not going to try that on without wearing underwear, right?' What a weird and awkward question. And what an utterly rude man!

High freight fee + import fee
There are import fees to order to France. They claim that they apply a discount to compensate for this, but it does not. Would not buy there again.

Didn’t buy anything because they…
Didn’t buy anything because they advertised a product with free delivery then after entering all the details it turns out delivery isn’t free at all but rather expensive with no options. What’s more, they apply a weird tva reduction estimate for EU sales so you gave no idea how things will turn out when it comes to accepting the package.
