The only thing I would have preferred is a consistent cohort group to meet with each week, as that would have helped build deeper connection and continuity. One recommendation for future participants: try to read the homework before each meeting. I started my readings and assignments the week they were due and often felt like I was a step behind. Reviewing the syllabus ahead of time is also extremely helpful—this program covers a lot, and knowing what’s coming can make the experience even smoother.
