Working with ThriveHive was a positive experience. The team was tremendously knowledgeable and committed to helping me establish myself in business.I particularly appreciate their willingness to collaborate, communicate clearly, and adjust strategies based on personal discoveries precipitated by the program exercises. ThriveHive offers a strong combination of technology and personalized support, and the networking in the cohort is truly one of the best parts. If you're a woman interested in starting your own business, then ThriveHive is where to invest in yourself!

This coaching experience helped me specify my offering and hone my messaging. It was a lot of mental work, and that work is necessary for a successful offering. I would not have done the work if not for this coaching. I feel totally prepared with my niche offering, which keeps my messaging tight when talking with prospective clients.

Passport was the missing piece I needed to successfully build my consulting business. The community of like-minded professional women and coaches helped me push through imposter syndrome and gave me the fuel I needed to dig deep into my "Why". It was a little intimidating at the beginning but once I got a rhythm AND took advantage of the Tuesday and Thursday coaching sessions, I was well in my way! Thank you ThriveHive!

ThriveHive was a game-changing experience. The program gave me the clarity, structure, new skills, and practical advice I needed to turn my ideas into a focused business offer. I felt supported, challenged, and encouraged every step of the way. I walked away with more confidence in my expertise, a clearer direction, and tools I’ll continue using long after the program. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend it. The resources and connections alone make it so worth it!

I was pretty skeptical about this program because I thought without 1:1 coaching I would be helpless. I was so wrong! Tricia and team's structure, instruction, and worksheets made the impossible possible! I have a lot of work still ahead, but I know I have a solid foundation to build on. Thank you Tricia!!

I was initially on the fence about joining the program because of the cost, but Tricia’s personal attention and willingness to call me directly to answer my questions made a huge difference in my decision. What ultimately stood out was the company’s exceptional level of organization and professionalism throughout the entire process. The presentation was clear, thoughtful, and incredibly well run. I remember thinking that even beyond the value of the program itself, there was so much to learn simply by observing how they operate — responsive, customer-focused, and committed to delivering a high-quality experience from start to finish.

Great program for women setting up their own businesses. The program is set up to make tangible progress every week, and by the end have a robust plan in place to launch a business. The real-time coaching, the custom GPTs, and the community of others in the same situation all build an environment for creativity and confidence. Highly recommend if you're considering walking away from Corporate America to bring your expertise to life in a new way.

Consulting has long been a thought - I finally reconnected with Tricia and ThriveHIve to take action! The Passport program provides structure for your creativity to keep you on track. The in-person and on-line coaching help you to focus and refine your offering with encouraging, candid feedback and guidance. Tools, resources and learnings are provided that you didn't even know you needed! Following the 'process' is critical to keeping on track and getting the most out of the program. Trust the process - you won’t be disappointed. Making the shift to consulting after a life of corporate can be intimidating, but the ThriveHive supports you in doing it well and with confidence!
