The most powerful piece of the program is the review process in which a coach provides real time video feedback on the content that you will be using to present your business to customers. The Passport program and the Thrive-Her team really understand how to launch a business and they care about my success. The program is clear, easy to follow and, most importantly, it is extremely effective. It works if you follow the plan and do the work. Even after owning a business for 15 years, I needed help getting clear on my offer & promise to clients. What I LOVE about the Passport Program is how focused and directional everything has been. I've wanted to start something of my own for a while and the stress and anxiety around knowing what I need to do, how I should go about doing it, and who I would want to target and work with...figuring all those things out in a guided manner has been game-changing. Tricia and the team force you to focus. Force you to get out of your head and out of your own way to create something unique for yourself based on the focused skills you have to offer others. I love even more that it's women supporting other women. I've appreciated that aspect of ThriveHer much more than I expected. No one mansplaining or interrupting. The Thrive-Her program walks you from where you currently are through a process of creating and building the vision that you've always had for your business. They help you build foundational understanding and skills needed for a CEO mindset. The wealth of knowledge and support I received from Trisha, Jim, Lindsay, Zita and the entire team is unmatched. They removed a lot of the pressure and stress I had starting my business (B+ work) and provide a wealth of resources for every phase of business development and success.
