I had been searching for a new accounting firm for a while when I heard about Soundboard from a colleague. I really appreciated how responsive they were and more importantly how thoroughly they answered my questions about my business's transition to an S-Corp and maintenance of my business.Transitioning from my previous systems to theirs has been easy and I really appreciate how responsive they have been to my questions and concerns throughout the process. I highly recommend their service for anyone who is looking to worry less about accounting and more about their work.

Great experience so far -- they are prompt, thorough, and willing to answer all my questions.

Knowledgeable professionals that are always ready to answer my questions.

The guidance specific for small business is so helpful! Soundboard knows me, knows my company and knows small business. They are attentive and very responsive. So glad I switched!

I’ve been working with Soundboard since September 2025, and my experience has been consistently excellent. As a medical doctor, stepping into entrepreneurship and starting my very first LLC felt like completely unknown terrain. There was a significant amount of anxiety that came with managing finances, bookkeeping, and tax planning in a space that was entirely new to me. From the beginning, the Soundboard team helped remove so much of that anxiety. They guided me through the process, helped me get fully organized with bookkeeping, accounting, and tax planning, and made everything feel far more manageable. I feel genuinely confident and supported knowing that my finances are being handled accurately and thoughtfully. What stands out most is how thorough and proactive they are. They keep me on track with what needs to be done, and communicate very clearly so I always know where things stand. Their organization and attention to detail have helped me feel grounded and focused as I grow my business. Venturing into entrepreneurship as a physician can be challenging and overwhelming, but working with Soundboard has made this transition feel far less stressful. They have played a major role in helping me feel confident, organized, and supported in this new chapter. I would highly recommend them to any professional or business owner looking for reliable, clear, and anxiety reducing financial management.

Only a month in. So far Soundboard has been super responsive and on top of everything that needs to get done. Really helpful to have professionals guiding me in this area of my business. Aaron has been great!

Soundboard has been an absolute game changer for my business. From day one, the team has been proactive, clear, and incredibly responsive. It never feels transactional. They actually take the time to understand my needs and anticipate issues before they become problems. What really stands out is the level of care and follow through. Questions get answered quickly, action items do not disappear into a black hole, and communication is always thoughtful and respectful. It feels like working with a partner who is fully in your corner, not just a service provider checking boxes. Since joining in December 2025, everything has felt more organized, less stressful, and better aligned for growth. Huge credit to Aaron and the broader team for setting a high bar for client experience. Highly recommend Soundboard to any business owner who values clarity, reliability, and a team that truly shows up.
