SoFit Personal Training & NutritionReviews of joinsofit.com

Working with Sheneider has been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness. He really listens to what I want to achieve and builds a plan that fits me, not some generic template. As my goals and abilities have changed, he's adjusted everything seamlessly, and I've seen great improvements because of it. He's super flexible with scheduling and always willing to work around my time. Plus, he makes every session very enjoyable, knowledgeable, highly encouraging, and genuinely fun to train with. He keeps me motivated and on target. I highly recommend him.

I recently completed my first month of personal training with Sheneider, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve already made! He has been so helpful and encouraging throughout the entire process. I’ve already noticed a huge improvement in my body and strength, and he has helped me figure out how much I’m capable of lifting while continuously pushing me to improve. He also provides me with personalized workout routines and guidance on nutrition, which has made staying on track so much easier. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Sheneider!

DO IT YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Whatever reason it might be for you to look up “personal training” or “training” you had that in the back of your head for a while! I know this because I been there, in the same shoes thinking about the “what if.” Now I’m making those thoughts into actions. It’s only been a few months in, and it is THE BEST DECISION I EVER “FORCED” MYSELF TO MAKE. I stopped giving myself excuses and SoFit makes it hard to give myself excuses when it’s all laid out in front of me. All you have to do is follow through. Not only will it make you look good, feel good, it’s also developing HABITS that I will continue using for the rest of my life. It’s a LIFESTYLE! If you need someone to believe in you and push you through with this process/program, Sheneider is the one 🙂‍↕️ I don’t think I could ever get to where I am without him working his magic!

I started training with SoFit a year ago because i needed a personal trainer in Orlando to help me stick with my routine. That was it at first. But my first few months of training have been really eye opening. My biggest struggle was balancing my work schedule and working out at least 3 times. I’ve been able to keep that consistent but i also have been able to work on other areas that I had no idea about, like my water intake, and improving my steps. I’m thankful that my trainer was able to educate me on other areas I can work on. It’s been a challenge but I’m glad I’m happy I’ve been able to stick with it this long. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a trainer near the Orlando area.
