from the time that I made the appointment they remember every pain that I had told them which was about two weeks ago which I thought they were gonna forget but they brought it back up because I even kind of forgot so I very much like that they pay a lot of attention to detail and adult and the staff are very friendly and nice

Absolutely loved everything! The atmosphere is calm when you walk in . Everyone is super friendly. I have an older cat so it’s super stressful to bring him anywhere and the doctor was absolutely outstanding. I asked a thousand questions and she answered every single one thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed and she made sure she got every detail about my cat. They handled him with so much care and love that! I highly recommend!!!

I am so happy I accidentally came across Snoots while looking for a vet. I'm excited also to find out this is the only one in the United States and it happens to be 15 minutes from my house. I chose the one year membership for my 9 year old cat, Midnight. I had an amazing first experience today even though Midnight has a bit of an infection. Dr. Alex was so good with him. I can't BELIEVE she was even able to cut his nails without any problem. She really takes the time to go over everything and you can tell she lives our furbabies. Dana was so friendly at the front desk. She let me and my fiance vent about our concerns with an open ear. Tracie was very helpful also. Unfortunately, Midnight had an accident in his carrier and she cleaned it thoroughly with a smile. What a friendly staff. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. 😉🥰
