Just received my order. The customer support team was really helpful with changing my address when it defaulted to an old one. My order arrived a little over a week after I placed it. The order came in a nice styrofoam box, the medicine was still cold (amazing considering I’m in AZ) and had the needles, instructions, and alcohol swabs.
