I appreciated the reminders when it was time to refill my prescription. There was no pressure or deadlines to hurry up and refill. Once I requested the refill, I received and completed an updated questionnaire. The provider responded with new dosing instructions quickly and I received my medication two days later, very well packed with frozen packs and in a styrofoam box. Highly recommend this company.
