My experience was unique and a rollercoaster. I felt really excited about BETA Camp, but as I go on to create my MVP, it was a struggle. I ended up receiving support and help to prepare for DEMO DAY in which we present our MVP and business to the judges. It was not easy but it was possible.

What's amazing: -LIfelong skills to gain from workshops and lessons -Supportive Associates, Community Builders, and Advisors who are willing to call/help with your startup (sometimes really late too) -Rare oppurtunities to ask CEO's and professionals questions -Creating a network of lifelong connections and friends through current students and alumni. -Oppurtunity to create a KILLER startup HOWEVER, if you're not willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone to participate in meetings + work on your startup, BETA Camp is NOT going to be worth it. If you're up for the challenge, I highly reccomend!

As a parent, I was skeptical if BETACAMP was worth the investment. After 4 weeks of camp, my son said that it is one of the best things that he has experienced in life. He has learned a lot and to him, every single day was exciting and challenging. There are several unique opportunities for learning and networking to be taken advantage of. I really enjoyed watching different talented teams pitch to judges on “demo day”. If your child is willing to work to their limits then BETACAMP is the ideal program for them.

It was good but the deadlines were too tight and poppy wasn't that helpful

Beta Camp is a great experience for teens to learn many aspects of entrepreneurship.It honestly is extremely informative as well as interactive and I’d be the first person to recommend it to any young adult. I didn’t expect to learn as much as I did within the past 4 weeks. It was mentally challenging but also lead to growth in many areas. I would 10/10 do it again. And most of all I’ll miss my peers and the staff of Beta Camp. P.S. shoutout to Salman for giving young people the opportunity to thrive."

At Beta Camp, I had the opportunity to meet many people from all over the world and listen to the stories of incredible speakers. The conversations on Discord, all the games and workshops were great, but... I learned that I could encounter difficult situations in Beta Camp. Then I learned how to solve problems, how to bring a group of people together and motivate them. This place gave me the chance to make mistakes, to mess it up, but to fake it till you make it. And I've seen that sometimes things going wrong can lead to better things, which isn't something I get to experience everywhere. So happy that i get the chance to be a part of this amazing community!

As someone who faced personal obstacles early in the program, including illness and navigating the aftermath of Hurricane Berly and being in an individual team, I learned firsthand the importance of resilience and determination in entrepreneurial endeavors. The program's rigorous curriculum and competitive environment demanded strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving, fostering significant personal growth and resilience. Throughout BETA Camp, I honed critical evaluation skills, analyzing ideas thoroughly and assessing multiple outcomes to make informed decisions. To establish a lasting solution. This approach has proven essential in navigating the complexities of the startup landscape. To maximize impact, I believe BETA Camp could enhance support beyond the competition phase. Incorporating venture capital feedback on all presentations and providing resources to all participants would stimulate broader progress and sustain motivation across teams. Success at BETA Camp is about more than winning; it's about equipping every participant with invaluable experience and skills for their entrepreneurial journey. The program has fueled my entrepreneurial drive, pushing me to approach challenges strategically and methodically with the setbacks at hand. The knowledge and connections gained are invaluable assets. With a strategic approach that supports all participants comprehensively, BETA Camp has the potential to nurture aspiring entrepreneurs into future industry leaders, regardless of their competition outcomes.
