The price are the best that I have found. I checked out using affirm which is awesome because it helps me manage the monthly payments at a lower price as im a senior on a tight budget.

I am on a 6 month subscription plan, received my order 2 days later once I was approved. I had a couple of issues that were resolved within a day, by a real person that I was able to chat with. My Tirzepitide Compound is working great, I love the fact they don't charge extra for higher doses.

Finally a company that doesn't raise the price when you need to increase your dosage. The ads are actually legit and the price stays the same even when your dose changes. No random monthly fees or sneaky charges like other places try to slip in. I have been through the ringer with weight loss companies and I’m honestly just happy to find one I can stick with and trust.

I got approved the same day and meds showed up way quicker than I expected. The pricing is honestly the best I’ve found anywhere, especially without insurance.

Their customer service and doctor support is the absolute worst! Chat. Email. FB Messenger. They make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE! We've been trying to get a very simple medication question asked, but it has been extremely difficult and non-existent. I will change this review if someone can just answer our questions in the patient dashboard/portal!

When I joined I accidentally ordered the wrong smallest starting amount and asked them to give me the full 15. They changed it immediately. When the medication arrived I noticed the vial was broke contacted them and was immediately sent a replacement. My experience has been wonderful. My only complaint is the pricing is falsely advertised. Supposed to be 199 for everything but that’s only if you pay upfront for 6 months supply. No thank you I wanted to try it before making that big of a commitment.

I am on week 6 with piper and I didn't really start seeing results until around week 3. The care support told me that sometimes it takes a bit for the meds to kick in depending on the person, so I tried to be patient. They were right though. At first I was only losing like 1 lb a week, but now I am dropping closer to 5 lbs a week pretty consistently. Everyone’s different but it’s definitely working for me now.

Terrible untrustworthy platform. Aggressive sign up with foreign doctors available all hours. No people ever available - you deal with the computer and automated AI email responses. A very opaque business. I signed up - they take your card details prior to approval and it ‘feels’ very safe like you’ll have an option at some point in the process to confirm you want to go ahead after connecting with the doctor, instead you get auto approval and billing starts right away. As soon as I found out this was a syringe and vial I immediately cancelled. I can’t handle doing that and I’ll never be able to use. I opened tickets, sent messages - there’s no phone number. Eventually about 6 hours into trying to make contact I get an email saying the product has been requested at the pharmacy. I said ok please cancel the order . They say they cannot . I watch the UPS tracker and 36 hours later there is a tracking number. Of course you can cancel the order at the pharmacy. Unless you are a fraudulent 3rd party fulfillment company that has absolutely no control over their operations and shipping. This seems to be the case. I will return unopened the product they send and fully expect to be in dispute over this .
