Worst payment processor i've dealt with
I'm a new customer, this company was chosen for me by a solar installer as a packaged HELOC. My single biggest complaint so far, aside from what I regard as questionable loan practices is their payment processing track record. They are by a huge margin the slowest processors of payments of anyone I have dealt with in years. Considering Mosaic is owned by Paypal (I looked it up), I can't fathom why it would take them as much as almost a month to process a physical payment that arrives by mail direct from my bank. If I go through their portal to pay online, it still may take a week or so for them to process it. Regarding loan practices: If I ask by phone (I did, twice!) they won't tell me what I need to pay as a minimum in order to avoid fee's or interest penalties. The amount they tell me is due doesn't even cover all the fee's and interest that get added monthly or yearly. If I had other options i'd fire this company fast! I'm stuck with them until the amount is paid or i sell my house. The latter is most likely sadly! Don't do business with this company is my final bit of feedback.
