Horrible service. This company takes your money and then sends products labeled from a different company, they send a video on how to use the product they claim will be sent, and then they send something entirely different. After multiple emails, it was finally clarified that the product being sent doesn't have B12 an essential vitamin when taking weightloss medication. Their video shows products with with B12. They won't issue a refund, when asked to cancel the subscription they write it is because they rejected me for the prescription, just continue to lie to people. I

The process is simple and discussing questions with doctor is made easy. Worth the cost.
