Easy process, great support!
The process to obtain the prescription was fast and easy. Online support is always available and very helpful. I appreciate the emails I get every week about side effects, how to maintain a healthier lifestyle, and just the check ins. The one downside, and it's probably just me, is that I get nauseous the day after my injection. Other than that, I am very happy with Levity and the progress I've made to obtain my goal weight! 3 days from dispatch to delivery, incl. weekend!
Ordered Thursday 11.39pm, submitted the evidence of my previous order by 12.30pm, prescribed Friday morning at 8.37am and delivered on Sunday. 2 x ice packs which were still frozen, came in a wool pack with standard MedExpress packaging - which makes sense! Wouldn't hesitate to use them, I found a great referral offer on mj-uk.co.uk and you can easily cancel or delay your next delivery for up to a year.

Any time I have reached out to the company’s online support I’ve always received clear and quick answers which I appreciate. However, as far as the medication goes- I’ve been on it for 2 months, 8 injections total and not a pound lost. I know everyone differs and it can be a slow and steady race but for spending $450 and not a pound lost, it’s very discouraging.
