I am about to turn 50 and want to lose the 25 pounds that have crept up over the years. I completed the initial survey and uploaded 2 pictures (full body and driver's license) on a Monday night and the box with all the supplies arrived Friday. I am not one that wants a lot of one on one contact with a provider and just want to do the program as directed. Levity has fulfilled both. I lost almost a 1/2 a pound the first week and can already tell my appetite has changed. Also, I do not have thoughts of food floating through my brain. I just took my 2nd shot and the only side effect so far (knock on wood) is a bit of nausea here and there. Nothing bad. If you're thinking about it, I believe this is the best online program I found. The cost is plain and simple.

I was anxious about starting my weight loss journey and confused by all the different services available online. I ultimately decided to go with Levity and am so happy I did. Not only was it easy to get started, it was so much more affordable than the competition. The introductory discount for the first month was nice but the fact that it is a flat rate no matter the medication dosage really sealed the deal. I'm only a few weeks in but I can't wait to see what I can do with Levity's help.

So far so good. I’m on week two lost 3lbs in the first week even though I had a day where I just wanted to eat everything and I think I did lol. Side effects are minimal. I had a headache the first week but good since I started the second shot. Product arrived on time.

I was previously on a program that I could no longer afford, then I found Levity (which was way more affordable). I was a little skeptical in joining, but after a few back and forth emails with customer service I felt comfortable. Levity has been absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable weight loss program.

Everything has been great so far. The experience has been smooth and flawless. I received my medication promptly, and I have already started to lose weight. What else can you ask for?

I began my journey with levity on September 23rd. Today is October 4th and I have yet to receive a shipment. I was originally told three to five business days before my medication shipped out, so after day five when I not heard back or received tracking information I followed up with an email as I travel for my job and needed to make sure I would be home to receive the package. Customer service was good, they arranged for my shipment to be sent out on Thursday for a Friday arrival as I would be home that day. When I had not received tracking information by late Thursday afternoon, I sent a follow-up email to see what I could find out. I had not heard back as of late Friday morning so I went ahead and gave a call. The customer service representative was friendly and let me know that a label had indeed been created and my my prescription would be mailed out today for arrival tomorrow(Saturday). I deal quite a bit with FedEx, so I'm aware that standard overnight packages do not deliver on Saturday. It is now 4:30 in the afternoon, meaning the window for overnight delivery has been missed because FedEx still does not have possession of the package. Not only that, standard weekday delivery was requested so I am now once again in a position where this likely is going to arrive when I am not home. I would love to say that this program works or doesn't work, but as it stands today we haven't even been able to dial down accuracy and shipping let alone actually begin the program. Unfortunately, if my prescription doesn't arrive tomorrow and the stability of it is ruined, I will be losing out on quite a bit of money. I've seen a lot of great reviews for levity, so I'm quite disappointed with this experience. To date. I have a lot of concerns additionally because if the first shipment is running into these types of issues, will there be weeks where medication is missed? Because the company failed to ship out? I'm not sure this company is going to be the one for me.
