Confusing check-in resulted in my prescription getting canceled, but they charged me $225 with a promise of the refund taking 5-10 business days to appear in my bank account. During my online check-in, I checked off "increase my dosage" assuming that was the correct option because everyone I know on semaglutide increases their dosage after 4 weeks. Checking that option caused my prescription to be rejected by the pharmacy. It would have been helpful if someone from Levity contacted me to ensure my check-in option was correct before allowing it to be rejected. Very frustrated with this process. Customer service helping me was slow, but as helpful as they could be. There wasn't much they could do to assist me. Terrible process!
