Easy to get started. Did not lose weight on medication provided. Have had success with same medication provided by a different company.

Prompt replies from Customer Service. However, no personalization from doctor. I just received general instructions not answering my specific question, which was why I hadn’t lost much weight after five months. He just increased my dosage without any other comment.

The process is simple and medication is sent quickly. I have had an issue with physicians not responding to questions or concerns that I have written about in my check in assessment. The same generic message is sent after each visit despite questions being asked.

It took a month to get the first shipment and I was billed upon ordering and the second month's payment was billed before anything was received. It straightened itself out in the end after I unsubscribed. My doctor was not pleased that I had started taking weight loss drugs without being under a doctor's care. After switching to a weight loss program in my primary care doctor's practice, my medication is much cheaper because I have diabetes.

Fairly good experience, however it seems prescriptions are always a bit short by last injection. Also, it would be nice if the pricing was lower and more comparable with other companies offfering the same services. Due to price I will be seeking services with another company.

Everyone is very nice. Delivery time is reasonable, medication is effective. A problem for me is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to switch medications mid treatment. It seems the. Whole process has to be started over and your bmi has to be 29 or higher. So if your lower than that or looking for maintenance you will be denied.
