My mom used this company and the first month she lost 19lbs and so she ordered her second month and all of a sudden hit a wall which she should not have hit so soon. We believe she was given a placebo. She emailed the company and received no response back. I ordered from this company too but as soon as I realized that they had no way of contacting them other then email and the patient portal seemed a bit sketchy like a two year old designed it I immediately stopped payment with my bank.

I"ve been using them for several months, and I think the semaglutide is a placebo or just plain water. I've had no appetite suppression, and no weight loss. What a WASTE of money

Semaglutide shipment was received in a melted ice pack, which apparently sat at a UPS station over the weekend. Not a 2-day delivery, as they mention. The solution is probably just water, not actual medication, or had become ineffective since it was not temp controlled during shipment.

I have to say that my experience with Layla was nothing short of a nightmare. After joining and receiving my first vial, I quickly realized that any questions I asked took literal days to receive a response. To make matters worse, my first vial was shorted by a week's dose, and it took forever to get a response from anyone at Layla, their website. Messaging system and email is the only way to reach them. There is no phone number listed. It was like pulling teeth to get customer service from them. When I finally received a response, I was promised a free vial to make up for the mistake. But even after a week of asking where that was, I received a response that basically said "Oopsie, we are getting this out today". Unfortunately, it never came, and I actually never heard from them again. It's abundantly clear that they don't value their customers or their business. I even contacted the compounding pharmacy (Nova) for an update on my prescription but received no response either. It's unbelievable that a company can be so unresponsive and unprofessional. Ultimately, I had to file a dispute with my bank and received a refund. I would never recommend Layla to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a company that cares about its customers.

This company has never sent my product. 297.00 later and no product. No phone numbers, no one will call back!!! Super mad about it!!!

I ordered my first. Prescription and started using it in November. I was having a lot of issues with gas and bloating so I didn't know if it was the shot or not. I decided to go ahead and try one more month. .But I did write the company and tell them that i was having issues. I went ahead and ordered my 2nd month on Nov 30 and was told it would be sent over night but today is the 12th and still haven't received it.It seems like I can't get any help with canceling my membership or answers on where my product is.Im interested in staying on this for a little bit to see if it works but I think I would rather go to another company that will actually help and answer questions.Not a dependable company as far as I'm concerned.
