They messed up my first order with this company. I had ordered the 3 month suppply and only received 1 vial. Being completely new to this I thought this was how they send you your 3 months. It took me 2 months to catch on to what they did. And it threw off my doses which can be dangerous because I technically skipped a dose.

The medication was sent to the wrong address. I never received it and was not refunded the $295. The company insisted they sent it to my new address. They were unable to provide proof of delivery.

I do not recommend Layla for weight loss plans. They were very lax in sending my medication. It was supposed to be two day express due to the need for refrigeration. It always took five to six days to receive it. Of course the cold packs surrounding the med were melted. I reached out to them about this and ended up dealing with a circle of people who passed me on to someone else or was ignored completely. I finally had to dispute my payment to them via my Visa card after 12 days of runaround. Suggestion to them is to not used contracted out people from outside of the USA. Having knowledgeable staff would be the least of what they should provide. I have zero confidence with Layla. I switched to another company that delivers great customer service and they are $102 less monthly

Layla was using illegitamate pharmacies to source my medication. I received a letter from the State of Nevada that I was receiving medication from an unrecognized pharmacy and was told to stop using the RX immediately. Prior to that I was getting inconsistent packaging and medication types. As they different pharmacies would send it. Some were packaged good, and some were packaged bad. Some had instructions and some didnt. It was a bit confusing when dosage would change and I didn't have instructions how how many units to take. Edit to Respond to Layla: I messaged support every time, there was always a very long delay in response, and nothing was ever done to make it right. Also I got the letter from the state of Nevada telling me not to use the medication well after I stopped using your services.

Unfortunately, during the ice storm UPS could not deliver to my house. I cannot find where they left my package and Layla does not have any phone number for me to call them. I cannot seem to get this resolved so I am basically out $500.

Zero stars for customer service. I was charged incorrectly, reached out and never got any response. I contacted customer service through the portal AND email. Nothing. The $98 your company overcharged me was enough to make me never renew with you and alert the weight loss community to do the same. With so many companies out there offering the same exact product, why not stand out as a company that doesn’t take advantage of their customers? Shameful and despicable business practice.

Terrible. Zero help from the doctors. No individualized care or responses. Everything was automatic and pre written. When I asked a question about my path with medication, I was immediately dropped from the website and lost all access. TERRIBLE!!!
