"Positive Resolution and Genuine Support from Join It's CEO" Our nonprofit organization canceled services with Join It in October 2024, following all necessary procedures and ensuring that Mitch, the CEO, was included in the communication. Mitch went above and beyond to make things right, even recording a video apology. He genuinely expressed concern for our small nonprofit and offered to call us personally. It was refreshing to see such respect and care from a young CEO. He requested that we contact him directly once the refund had been processed. As a nonprofit, every dollar counts, and Mitch’s dedication to resolving the issue was truly appreciated. He showed genuine passion for correcting the misunderstanding and took responsibility for the situation

We switched membership system late December. The whole on board process was seamless. We find the system to be the VERY BEST we ever had. Simple, easy to navigate, digital cards, great integration with Eventbrite, Mail chimp. Since joining, at what is our busiest time of the year, we have had zero issues (unlike our previous provider). Customer service from Genna and Jose is top class. I could not recommend it more highly

We are a small neighborhood association run entirely by volunteers. We also have a small budget so paying for Join It was a significant decision. It was the right choice. Workload for managing memberships has been reduced and improvement in timely renewals has nearly covered the cost; we are mostly interested in member engagement rather than revenue. Though Join It is feature rich, we use only the basic functions and that has gone well. As the implementer and admin since 2021, I have found the system easy to learn and use. When I needed help, the response was prompt and very effective. One feature request was implemented in about a week. This has been the best customer service I have encountered in decades of working with computers, Thanks for creating a great product.
