Need to try and find a way to separate the daily dosage packs from each other. When I try to peel the daily pack from the roll I seem to tear open the next days dosage.

The vitamins are great, love the packaging and the quiz to see what you need. I just wish there was an app and a fresh box of new vitamins every month so you’re not just taking the same ones all the time.

I normally have a difficult time actually sticking to a regimen and taking supplements on the daily, but the way they dispense it actually has changed everything for me. I actually stick to it daily! The Macca definitely increases sex drive.. and i'm not 100 % sure how the digestive health supplement is helping, but i guess time will tell..
