Hi, we're excited you've joined the hundred family, but are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your vitamins. Everyone's different and some vitamins work differently from others, so it can take up to 3 months for your body to fully absorb all the nutrients. I was assigned pills that are not okay take while breastfeeding and they won’t let me return my order and get refund. I have not taken any of the pills so I don’t see what the deal is. Definitely canceling my subscription

i'm trying to cancel my subscription but it is impossible to find the link to do that and the robotic chat just said someone from customer care would response within 24 hours--but how? by email? i thought about pausing but at this point i just want to cancel.

The initial experience seemed good, but I asked two questions to the nutritionist and never heard back. Furthermore, I have tried in NUMEROUS ways to cancel my account (it never processes after I click 'cancel subscription'). This company does not answer any emails, Facebook messages, or Instagram comments. It's very sneaky and I will be disputing any future charges considering they won't allow me to cancel.
