Jason was my negotiator and he was very helpful and straight to the point. He told me exactly what to say when initially contacting my bank on the 3-way call. I was actually surprised with the amount I was able to get back from his great negotiating with my bank supervisor. I definitely recommend this company because they are extremely helpful.

This was such an unexpected surprise, whenever I try to negotiate my fees back I only received $8 or none this year. I recently graduated college and earlier in the year I was in a bind with paying rent and fees for school and my account got overdrafted alot. I have just created an account and linked the bank account that I wanted to negotiate. But every time I hit negotiate it falls into a loop where it takes me to the premium membership sign up page. It is indirectly forcing me to pay 35 dollars in the premium services. I don't want to pay for a premium membership until I see this service actually works, I am ready to pay 25% fee if I get a refund. Also, in the premium membership sign up page it asks us to agree that the fee is non refundable and it will take 15 to 60 days to get the replies from the bank.

I was struggling financially, and this was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I really didn’t think I would be getting any money back, but in like two days after submitting negotiations details—funds were deposited into my account. I would’ve liked to have received more than I did, but something is better than nothing. I’m forever grateful and will continue to be a premium client.
